05/07/2004: "Friday Night Blog"

music: Ministry
mood: Tipsy

Ahhh, its 23:00 Friday night (that 11:00pm for the non-military time enthusiasts), I'm sitting in my vibro-massage chair, and just killed off a bottle of Cordon Negro.

And now I have switched off the vibro-massage, which is actually better than having it on. I do have plans for hooking the vibro part into the sub-woofer of my sound system, but then again, I also have plans for an automatic dog feeder that will lower a bowl of food down for Bear at a certain time each night. Hmmm, what I need is a tech department. There must be plenty of out-of work Engineers out there still, anyone willing to work for room and board? *sigh* I guess its that, or finally figure out a way to clone myself....

It was a strange day in many ways, another one of those days where so much happened it seems
hard to believe that it was just a regular old day. Nothing truely monumental, just a whole string of little things that all add up... and the weekend promises to be busy as usual, although perhaps not quite as manic as some have been of late. All good stuff, and I can feel that a time of monumental productivity is upon me.

But, blogging is a two-way street, so don't feel shy about leaving a comment here. A lot of the time, I can have a dialogue right in my own head, but I also need encouragement to get that dialogue _out_ of my head and into the ether. A multilogue is much more fun! So, random thoughts, or just a few words to say you dropped by: blog-on! rolls eyes hehe LOL

productive....right. If getting drunk and watching both versions of the Italian job until 5 in the morning, (and stopping every 10 seconds to relate a story that the movies reminds you of) and peeing every 20 minutes is productive than yes, it's going to be a productive weekend. You are on again for tonight if you can handle it. You can mark off drunk and obnoxious from your list though, you were in PRIME form. Even talked in tounges for a bit. And STOP calling me fat. ( could you make an light stout called "have you lost weight?". Consider this encouragement blog meister... the same goes for you on my blog you know!=]

Damn... Wish I was there to share the "Are You Calling Me Fat" sad

Still waiting for definite confirmation of the trip back, sounds like there's not much chance of any surviving that long though...

Keep the blogging coming man. It is good to stay in touch and reminisce about the things I miss about the Lounge.

oooo...chris...i lost 17lbs..hehe...(not that anyone would notice a difference)...but I could handle some "are you calling me fat" now. Any word on a brew that I wouldnt be allergic to..you know sans the barley, oats, yeast, hops and malt..something "corny" if you will.
Um..my new cafe opens up on the 12th by the way...I hope to see you there...we're doing a luau..or however you spell it...so come get laid at Starbucks..and bring a friend.

I'd forgotton about the corny beer. I am putting on a brew of cider shortly, and the mead too, but that takes six months. Yeast? Now _that_ is tricky to brew without....

Not much of a beer fan (I know, I know, it's sacrilege!) But let me know when the cider's ready! smile
